Chapter One: Flow and Grow (Live Now, Touch Today!)

I have been truly blessed with the responses to the book I wrote and published last year, Live Now, Touch Today!  For a while now though, I have wanted to share the book a little more, and with this blog I can now do so!

So, Chapter One: Flow and Grow

Enjoy the beautiful life you have been given Today to flow and to grow!  Time spent rehearsing yesterday's offenses and failures will only inhibit growth and the flow of Spirit.

Live in the now.
Embrace Today.

Crowning your life each and every day with all things "Good" can only come about when we keep our thoughts in the "Now" of life.  The joys of life presented throughout these pages are best embraced Today!

It is startling to one day realize just how very, very quickly our precious lives are moving forward.  Time is time, but our pace of activity accelerates the observance of our years.  In the passing blur of the daily "to do lists," surviving the stresses of the day, and watching our children grow and our parents age, we allow the sands of time to keep slipping away without celebrating today.

Rather than be numbered as one of the average millions in our society who is quickly losing touch with today, let us be the one among the millions who sometimes decides to slow down the express train of tomorrow and rejoice in the "Now!"

The Q is in the News!

We're wrapping up the old year and getting ready to soar into 2012 with plenty of fun and bling! 

The Derrick, a local newspaper, has the Q (and myself) on the front page today highlighting the Entrepreneur contest that we won this year, and the 2012 contest is ready to kick-off on Monday, the 2nd.  We're pretty excited to be a part of all the good things that are coming into Titusville these days...so much more ahead in the next year!! 

I had a fun time this morning doing a very quick voice-over for the Business Plan/Entrepreneur Contest radio ads which also begin on Monday!  One-shot wonder this morning...cool!  Glad I only had a few lines to speak and record...got it the first time through! 

2012 will see many fun events ahead at the Queen City Cafe' & Gallery (The Q!)...along with our daily breakfast, lunch, dinner...and always snack-time...we have movies (even 3D movies), concerts on the corner stage, afternoon theme tea...and more to come!

Welcome to the Queendom!

Dreams can come true...
When you come to The Q!

The Q...or as it is formally known, the Queen City Cafe' & Gallery, is one of my creative dreams come true.  We joke around about the Queendom at The Q, but what a great place to share creativity of all kinds...art, photography, music, writing, and even the very fine "art of relationship!" 

I decided to begin this blog as a fun way to expand further out from my own personal Facebook page, personal website (http://www.tambrasabatini.com/) and The Q's Facebook page (LIKE US!) and website also (http://www.queencitycafe.net/).  I found all of those pages somewhat limiting because I wanted a more "live" version of what I was personally creating and wanting to share, along with what the artists and writers were bringing in our door.

The posts will cover a lot of varied topics because I integrate a lot of great activities and creativity into my Queendom...so...
